Cub Scout Pack 78 is a chartered Cub Scout pack serving the Hemenway School and the Nobscot area of Framingham, Massachusetts. Your son may already know some of the over 50 scouts in the pack. For more information call Tim Spellman at 508 877-5445.
This year our Cub Scouts did an amazing job decorating and filling special boxes to send to our troops overseas. This is a very special event that allows us to show our appreciation for those special men and women. Once again the auctioning of cakes was very successful to raise the money to ship all of the boxes. Thanks to all who helped make this a very special event.

The annual Raingutter Regatta was held on 10/21/09 with a record number of Cub Scouts attending. All of the Cub Scouts came armed with a wide variety of boats and lots of hot air to blow their boats to the finish line. After all was done awards were presented in many categories from winning the races to the best paint job. All Cub Scouts should be congratulated on their boat building, good sportsmanship and participation in this annual event.
